Very pleased with my experience at Lake Wales CDJR. I recently purchased a 2023 Charger GT from them; traveling from NY to purchase it. It was definitely worth the trip! I'd never purchased a car out of state before, and this dealership made it a painless, and smooth process. Salesman Shane was very easy to work with, replied quickly with any answers to questions that I had throughout the purchasing process. When it was my time to work with Business Manager Jim, he was also great. Would highly recommend these guys, and this dealership. If you're looking to buy from out of state - this place is worth checking out. They even worked with the NY DMV directly to get my car registered, and license plates mailed out to me. Out of all the dealerships I visited over the past two months, Lake Wales CDJ was by far the most helpful and efficient. I worked with Eddie and Michael, and they helped me get into this beast with a great deal I couldn’t pass up. After a bad experience at a different dealership, we decided to give Lake Wales CDJR a try and it was the best decision we’ve made. They made our car purchase ten times better. Everyone was very welcoming and professional and the options were endless. Lake Wales had exactly what I wanted and applied all available incentives and a fair trade in value. It was definitely worth the drive. Living in the Bradenton/Sarasota area, a lot of my initial dealings were through correspondence. Mario Rodriguez was my sales rep, and there was never any pressure whether I purchased a car or not. He always got back to me quickly on any questions I had, without once trying to oversell the car or rush me into making a decision. When I made the two-hour drive to Lake Wales, as I walked in, everyone I spoke to was very friendly. Mario and Mike Martinez made sure I wouldn't be tied up all day at the dealership, making the buying experience very relaxed and easy. I had been having bad experiences in the Kissimmee area at the Jeep Dodge Ram Dealerships so I decided to make the drive to Lake Wales and I’m so happy I did. Billy and Debo were very pleasant when I showed up for my appointment as well as providing a clean rental for the time my vehicle was in the shop. easiest buying experience I have had at a dealership. I purchased a brand new jeep that I found online. The jeep was already priced at a good deal so there was no need to have to try and haggle a reasonable price. The finance manager (Harry Parson) made the purchase easy , when there was an issue with the finance , he listened and fixed immediately, with the intent of securing good financing.
