Mario at the Lake Wales dealership was wonderful! He managed to find me exactly the Jeep Wrangler I wanted, and helped me through the entire deal. Out of all the dealerships I visited over the past two months, Lake Wales CDJ was by far the most helpful and efficient. After a bad experience at a different dealership, we decided to give Lake Wales CDJR a try and it was the best decision we’ve made. They made our car purchase ten times better. Everyone was very welcoming and professional and the options were endless. I would definitely recommend asking for Eddie Romero, who was patient with us, made it a stress free experience and explained everything that we needed to know. Living in the Bradenton/Sarasota area, a lot of my initial dealings were through correspondence. Mario Rodriguez was my sales rep, and there was never any pressure whether I purchased a car or not. He always got back to me quickly on any questions I had, without once trying to oversell the car or rush me into making a decision. I had been having bad experiences in the Kissimmee area at the Jeep Dodge Ram Dealerships so I decided to make the drive to Lake Wales and I’m so happy I did. easiest buying experience I have had at a dealership. I purchased a brand new jeep that I found online. The jeep was already priced at a good deal so there was no need to have to try and haggle a reasonable price. The finance manager (Harry Parson) made the purchase easy , when there was an issue with the finance , he listened and fixed immediately, with the intent of securing good financing. Out of all the dealerships I visited over the past two months, Lake Wales CDJ was by far the most helpful and efficient. I worked with Eddie and Michael, and they helped me get into this beast with a great deal I couldn’t pass up. After a bad experience at a different dealership, we decided to give Lake Wales CDJR a try and it was the best decision we’ve made. They made our car purchase ten times better. Everyone was very welcoming and professional and the options were endless. I would definitely recommend asking for Eddie Romero, who was patient with us, made it a stress free experience and explained everything that we needed to know. Lake Wales had exactly what I wanted and applied all available incentives and a fair trade in value. It was definitely worth the drive. Living in the Bradenton/Sarasota area, a lot of my initial dealings were through correspondence. Mario Rodriguez was my sales rep, and there was never any pressure whether I purchased a car or not. He always got back to me quickly on any questions I had, without once trying to oversell the car or rush me into making a decision. When I made the two-hour drive to Lake Wales, as I walked in, everyone I spoke to was very friendly. I had been having bad experiences in the Kissimmee area at the Jeep Dodge Ram Dealerships so I decided to make the drive to Lake Wales and I’m so happy I did. Billy and Debo were very pleasant when I showed up for my appointment as well as providing a clean rental for the time my vehicle was in the shop. easiest buying experience I have had at a dealership. I purchased a brand new jeep that I found online. The jeep was already priced at a good deal so there was no need to have to try and haggle a reasonable price. The finance manager (Harry Parson) made the purchase easy , when there was an issue with the finance , he listened and fixed immediately, with the intent of securing good financing.
