Out of all the dealerships I visited over the past two months, Lake Wales CDJ was by far the most helpful and efficient. After a bad experience at a different dealership, we decided to give Lake Wales CDJR a try and it was the best decision we’ve made. They made our car purchase ten times better. Everyone was very welcoming and professional and the options were endless. I would definitely recommend asking for Eddie Romero, who was patient with us, made it a stress free experience and explained everything that we needed to know. Living in the Bradenton/Sarasota area, a lot of my initial dealings were through correspondence. Mario Rodriguez was my sales rep, and there was never any pressure whether I purchased a car or not. He always got back to me quickly on any questions I had, without once trying to oversell the car or rush me into making a decision. When I made the two-hour drive to Lake Wales, as I walked in, everyone I spoke to was very friendly. I had been having bad experiences in the Kissimmee area at the Jeep Dodge Ram Dealerships so I decided to make the drive to Lake Wales and I’m so happy I did. easiest buying experience I have had at a dealership. I purchased a brand new jeep that I found online. The jeep was already priced at a good deal so there was no need to have to try and haggle a reasonable price. The finance manager (Harry Parson) made the purchase easy , when there was an issue with the finance , he listened and fixed immediately, with the intent of securing good financing. We definitely had a 5 star car buying experience- probably the best one ever. We saw the truck we wanted on Car Gurus and connected directly with the dealership. We texted back and forth with Mose and did a preliminary valuation on our trade in plus a few other things. We made an appointment for the next day. Upon arrival, Mose met us and had the truck ready for us to drive. We test drove then proceeded to write up the paperwork. We were very happy with the credit given for our trade-in. We had planned on using financing from our own credit union, which was at a great rate. Mose asked if we wanted them to see if they could beat it. They were able to meet the rate so we decided to go with them. Mose turned it over to Michael, the business manager, who processed and reviewed all of our paperwork. We ended up adding a great warranty. Michael was very efficient and went over everything. We were there for at least 3 hours but were able to drive away with our new truck. The truck was very clean, and had a full tank of gas. We felt that this dealership was a very professional organization and were very pleased with the whole process, from beginning to end. We never felt pressured or overwhelmed, which is easy to do in a vehicle buying experience. Everything about this dealership is high class. We highly recommend buying a vehicle here.

I always come here for my oil changes. The got this little fellow named Gary who does the best oil changes because he cares. In stead of just kicking the vehicle out fast to get to the next one he checks everything out and makes sure you are good before letting the vehicle go. Plus he can get into all the tight spaces with his little child like hands. The parts department was also able to find me a difficult part and have it shipped. Really enjoy this location.

I had some concerns about a light on my vehicle. I called to see if I could bring my vehicle in to be serviced that same day. I was told yes. They serviced my vehicle. While I waited to hear the results I ask Josh if they could rotate my tires he said yes and they did. I didn’t have a long wait considering I was a walk in. My RAM was brought in to replace the fuel pump and get an up date on t h e software The fuel pump was replaced as expected, but the software had an issue which required a $3,100 part At first the dealer balked at replacing the part,but after several discussions with Chrysler they replaced the part This issue took nearly month to resolve and the dealer provided me with a new truck at no expense to me The staff kept me informed at all times and was extremely courteous on the phone or in person In today's business environment it is hard to find a business like this that went out of there way to satisfy a customer who by chance had their vehicle towed into their facility.

I usually go to the Winter Haven branch, but I’ll use this location as well when I’m near there - I got scheduled quickly to have an alignment and oil change done. The staff was friendly, helped out with a coupon (even gave me the better of the two, which I didn’t know there was a better one to use on the transaction), and were pretty straightforward. Thanks!

We came in to purchase a new ram pickup, were met by Tim at the door, we discussed what I was looking for and showed him a picture of the exact truck I was looking at. We discussed my trade and he worked around the figures until we came to an agreement the figures were what I could work with so we made the deal Extremely satisfied with Tim and the dealer staff. We recently purchased a Jeep from this team and they far exceeded my expectations. Every question i had comparing lease vs purchase was answered, allowing us to make an unpressured and relaxed decision. The entire team was knowledgeable and helpful in the process. We had people getting us water, tracking down final detailing tasks, getting the vehicle gas tank topped off and expediting our trade in value. We had upper leadership dealership staff helping all along in the process. No job was beneath anybody to accomplish. Our time was valued! It started with our awesome salesman Brian! Its not often I’ve felt so pleased and easy after purchasing a vehicle. The atmosphere made me believe I could send my youngest child to purchase a vehicle and get an honest deal. This is the 2nd Jeep I've purchased from Lake Wales Chrysler Dodge Jeep RAM. Although they are almost 3 hours (each way) from where I live, they are great people, honest, helpful with all that is needed for the best deal and ease of sale. I've brought my Dodge Grand caravan here a couple of times to fix various issues. They've always been courteous, explained everything, and fixed the problems in a timely manner. Each time the invoice matched the final price with no unexpected surprises. This last visit it even ended up being a few bucks cheaper than what they initially told me. Waiting area has comfy chairs and pretty decent coffee.

I traveled from Orlando to this dealership, and it was well worth the trip. Everyone I dealt with at this dealership was both transparent, helpful and pleasant to deal with. In particular my sales person, Shane Kirtley, was hands-down one of the best sales people I’ve ever dealt with. Shane was extremely thorough, transparent, and I could literally see how hard he worked both himself, and with the manager to get me a deal. They were great when I bought my car there. I have since traded it in somewhere else and have called 6 times in the last 4 months to get the refund on my gap insurance. I am always directed to a voicemail and never get a call back. The last car I traded the Toyota dealership faxed me a form no questions asked and I had my refund in about 2 weeks. 4 MONTHS no call back. Maybe someone will read this review and contact me...
