After an absolutely disastrous experience at a local Mercedes dealership. I found a comparable used car at LakelWales Dodge. Easiest purchase ever. In and out in 2 hours flat including finance approval. They gave me an awesome deal out of the gate. I needed help getting the car home as I didn't trade. They delivered it for free to lakeland! Mose was my salesman. He is a real strait guy. No BS! No delay. Have had the car a couple weeks now and love it! I cannot say enough good!

I wanted to take the time to write a thoughtful, relevant review of our experience when buying our new Jeep Wrangler at Lake Wales CDJR. If we didn’t feel the way we clearly feel about the dealership and the staff, it would be a completely different story. I’m a retired USAF Disabled Veteran and my word means everything to me. Another dealership south of our home in Frostproof did not value us as a repeat customer which is their loss and our gain. My wife Sue and I have purchased a lot of vehicles in our lifetime. Our experience at Lake Wales CDJR has been, by far, the best experience we’ve had in several years. First and foremost it began with our salesman, Tim Charney who cheerfully met us at the front door for the first time. It is largely due to Tim’s efforts and the care that we received from Tim beginning with the process of choosing our vehicle through the final delivery. Essentially pricing is often similar from dealership to dealership but it’s all the rest that goes with purchasing a vehicle that counts. I also want to mention Mike Martinez who made closing the sale a delight. Going forward, Lake Wales CDJR is our dealership of choice. And, when you stop in, don’t forget to ask for Tim Charney; tell him that Larry and Sue sent you.

I had a FANTASTIC Experience at LWCDJR! I would definitely recommend anyone in the market for a new or used vehicle to go check them out! Steve, my salesman, Michael who handled my financing, and Ralph the GM went above and beyond to help me get into the vehicle I wanted and I'm beyond grateful! Most everything was done by text, over the phone, and email making it super easy and quick when I actually went into the dealership to pick up my Chrysler Pacifica Hybrid. I desperately needed a new to me vehicle and have been working on my credit but currently don't have the best and was not sure if it would even be possible but, like I said these gentlemen went above and beyond to get me financing and I didn't have to sacrifice on the vehicle I really wanted! I wanted a ceramic grey Pacifica 2022 with 50-60k miles in good condition and that's basically what I ended up in only a little better in my opinion! Exact color and year with 67k miles and it was a hybrid with the "S" package, meaning the black package basically. With solid black interior, leather in pristine condition, and on the outside what would normally be chrome, is black, like the front grill and rims! Just a very sharp looking vehicle and I'm beyond grateful for everything at this dealership!

Best Jeep dealership in Florida! No haggling. No tricks. Honest, family-owned dealership. Well worth the drive. Steer clear of Lakeland Jeep. They hike prices of vehicles up $20,000 over MSRP, which prevents you from qualifying for finance. I know from personal experience on a Rubicon I was forced to pay cash for.

Living in the Bradenton/Sarasota area, a lot of my initial dealings were through correspondence. Mario Rodriguez was my sales rep, and there was never any pressure whether I purchased a car or not. He always got back to me quickly on any questions I had, without once trying to oversell the car or rush me into making a decision. easiest buying experience I have had at a dealership. I purchased a brand new jeep that I found online. The jeep was already priced at a good deal so there was no need to have to try and haggle a reasonable price. The finance manager (Harry Parson) made the purchase easy , when there was an issue with the finance , he listened and fixed immediately, with the intent of securing good financing.
