I wanted to take the time to write a thoughtful, relevant review of our experience when buying our new Jeep Wrangler at Lake Wales CDJR. If we didn’t feel the way we clearly feel about the dealership and the staff, it would be a completely different story. I’m a retired USAF Disabled Veteran and my word means everything to me. Another dealership south of our home in Frostproof did not value us as a repeat customer which is their loss and our gain. My wife Sue and I have purchased a lot of vehicles in our lifetime. Our experience at Lake Wales CDJR has been, by far, the best experience we’ve had in several years. First and foremost it began with our salesman, Tim Charney who cheerfully met us at the front door for the first time. It is largely due to Tim’s efforts and the care that we received from Tim beginning with the process of choosing our vehicle through the final delivery. Essentially pricing is often similar from dealership to dealership but it’s all the rest that goes with purchasing a vehicle that counts. I also want to mention Mike Martinez who made closing the sale a delight. Going forward, Lake Wales CDJR is our dealership of choice.
